What is Manager Pre-Sales IoT?
To drive regional IoT / M2M solution engagement and support the enterprise sales team in South Region through pre‑sales consultancy, solution design, and proposal development. The role requires deep understanding of IoT / M2M technologies, strong customer engagement, and alignment with internal product, commercial, and platform teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support & Solution Design
- Act as the technical lead in customer engagements for IoT / M2M solutions in South Region
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions
- Participate in joint sales calls, discovery sessions, and client workshops with the enterprise sales team
- Design end‑to‑end M2M / IoT solutions including connectivity, hardware, platform integration, and services.
Proposal & Documentation
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution blueprints, and presentationsSupport RFP / RFQ responses with technical inputs and solution architectureDevelop BoQs, solution descriptions, and pricing inputs in coordination with product and commercial teamsChannel Enablement & Training
Conduct periodic enablement sessions for Jazz Enterprise sales channels and regional partners to improve understanding of IoT / M2M products and solutionsAct as a subject matter expert for the South region, supporting capacity building of internal teams and channel partners through training, solution demos, and sales toolkit rolloutsProvide feedback to central teams on channel challenges, market gaps, and improvement areas for presales engagement effectivenessInternal Collaboration
Work closely with product, pricing, platform, bids management, and delivery teams for solution validationMaintain updated knowledge of Jazz's IoT / M2M offerings, including M2M connectivity, POS, fleet, asset tracking, smart metering, and NB‑IoTCustomer Enablement
Assist customers in PoC (Proof of Concept) implementation and solution testingProvide post‑sales technical handover to delivery teamsEducate customers on solution usage, platform access, and performance monitoringMarket & Partner Engagement
Maintain relationships with local hardware and IoT partners / vendors in the regionStay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedbackIdentify integration opportunities with ecosystem partners for bundled solutionsWhat are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)3-5 years of relevant experience in pre‑sales, technical consultancy, or solution design in Telecom / IT / IoTStrong understanding of cellular M2M (2G / 3G / 4G / NB‑IoT), IP networking, SIM management, and device integrationHands‑on knowledge of IoT use cases : asset tracking, smart devices, smart utilities, remote monitoringExperience in handling enterprise clients and working with B2B sales teamsExcellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, and client‑facing skillsKey Competencies :
