Exnosc is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team! You will be handling customers from around the world for a UK-based transport services company. If you excel at communication, customer care, and converting inquiries into bookings, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and emails from international customers.
- Convert leads into bookings .
- Resolve customer issues related to transport bookings.
- Provide smooth, professional customer support at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
