Job Description
We are seeking an SEO / SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization, social media, and marketing activities.
Responsibilities include :
- Managing SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword optimization to enhance rankings on major search networks.
- Handling SEM campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI.
- Executing tests, analyzing data, and identifying trends to optimize paid search campaigns.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives.
- Managing campaign budgets and expenses.
- Optimizing copy and landing pages for SEM.
- Conducting keyword research and expansion.
- Implementing SEO best practices in website architecture, content, and linking.
- Collaborating with development and marketing teams for SEO and content strategies.
- Developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Creating and sharing engaging content to build community and brand awareness.
- Designing social media assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Corel Draw.
- Monitoring social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Computer, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in social media marketing and digital media.Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook.Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.Understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.Experience with A / B testing and multivariate experiments.Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends and best practices.Excellent communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills.Graphic designing skills with Adobe Suite or Corel Draw preferred.Ability to analyze social media data and use analytics tools.Understanding of web design, development, CRO, and SEO.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.Fluency in English.Additional skills : vision acuity, time management, creativity, flexibility, and deadline orientation.Location : Paper & Forest Products - Lahore, Pakistan
