Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Lahore District. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The role involves daily interaction with employees, addressing HR-related queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
