Administrative Officer
Riphah International University is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Admin Officer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join their administrative team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in record keeping, bookkeeping, and data entry, with proficiency in SAP to effectively process bills and manage documentation. This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support while maintaining professional communication and collaboration across departments including Finance, Audit, and the Central Office. The Admin Officer does not manage a team but plays a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations by handling documents accurately and supporting various office functions. Responsibilities
Process bills and invoices efficiently using SAP software, ensuring accuracy and timely handling in accordance with organizational standards. Maintain and update records related to administrative activities, financial transactions, and other critical data to ensure comprehensive documentation. Provide consistent clerical support including document filing, data entry, and record management to facilitate smooth office operations. Handle various official documents carefully, ensuring proper classification, safekeeping, and timely retrieval as required by internal departments. Coordinate communication and professional interactions with departments such as Finance, Audit, and the Central Office to support cross‑functional administrative tasks. Assist in the preparation and distribution of official correspondence, reports, and notices to ensure effective information flow within the organization. Support administrative processes by organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing office supplies to enhance overall productivity. Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Collaborate with other team members and departments to streamline administrative workflows and contribute to continuous process improvements. Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned to support the daily operations of the university office without managing a team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferable in Accounting and Finance. Minimum experience of 2 years in a related administrative role. Required Skills
