Video Editor & Content Strategist

who can plan, script, and produce high-performing short-form videos for social media. You’ll own the content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll turn your ideas into scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, followers, and conversions. If you’re experienced with social trends, creative storytelling, and data-driven growth, this role is for you. What You’ll Do : Develop and execute B2B content strategies that grow our social presence and community. Produce and edit engaging content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Use AI tools and creative software to scale production and experimentation. Analyze content performance and continually test new formats, styles, and ideas. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creative direction with campaign goals. Skills & Experience We're Looking For : 3+ years creating and growing content for social media (brand or personal). Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Proven experience growing social media pages from strategy through to execution. You know what to post, when to post, and why it works. Strong copywriting for hooks, captions, and CTAs. Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and AI video platforms (e.g. Arcads, Synthesia, Runway, etc.). You’re a storyteller first, editor second—you think in ideas, trends, and growth loops. Portfolio that showcases both results and creativity.
