Key Responsibilities
Develop content strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Oversee editorial calendar and content pipelines.
Analyze audience behavior and adapt strategies to trends.
Work closely with creators, product, and design teams.
Optimize content for reach, retention, and engagement.
Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand representation.
Required Skills / Experience
5–7+ years in content strategy, editorial management, or digital media.
Strong storytelling and brand positioning expertise.
Experience with data-driven content decisions.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
Familiarity with short-video and social media ecosystems.
Experience in social media, entertainment, or consumer tech companies.
Strong network with content creators and publishers.
