CTO - Chief Technology Officer

FAVIACH is a Website Development and Website Design Studio based previously in Rawalpindi but the owners / leadership has now shifted to Qatar, so we have gone virtual totally. We are a quickly progressing company with a lot of projects coming in. We are active on Elance and are listed amongst the top 3% on Elance out of a total of around 35,000 companies.

Now, I, being the owner and the current CEO, have a plan to set up branches in Doha / Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Karachi / Lahore / Peshawar in a few months and we are looking for a smart person who can manage the day-to-day affairs of the company and continue the uphill level of progress that we have been showing.

You'll be required to : Understand the nature of the business Get familiar with the team Handle designers and developers Handle existing projects Handle bidding on freelancing websites Handle client meetings Create a workflow to complete projects more efficiently Make suggestions as to when to increase the strength of the team and take such steps as may benefit the company in the short term and long run

This can be a very long-term and promising position for the candidate who fulfills our requirements. You may also be required to travel abroad if necessary.
