Job descriptionCollaborate with teams working with various technologies (e.g., Flutter for frontend, SQL / PostgreSQL for databases, Java / JavaScript / Python for backend). Identify and recruit key talent needed for the project, ensuring the right skills and experience are in place to meet the technical and business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including small businesses, accounting professionals (CPAs), and technical teams, to ensure that all components of the solution function seamlessly. Ensure the technical architecture of the project is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain. Provide regular updates on project status, roadblocks, and key developments. Ensure client and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively, and gather feedback to refine and improve the product. Proactively manage risks, resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with experience in managing technology projects (preferably in IoT, API integrations, or financial software). Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience working with diverse technologies such as Flutter, Java / JavaScript / Python, SQL / PostgreSQL. Familiarity with IoT ecosystems, POS systems, and automation technologies is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with different stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with small business clients, tax automation, or accounting software is a plus. PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar certifications are desirable. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in leading projects related to financial technology, accounting, or tax automation. Experience working with cloud services and APIs. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to financial data and tax filing.

Project Planning and Execution :
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget.
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
Team Leadership :
Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and external partners.
Solution Development :
Oversee the integration of IoT devices, POS systems, and accounting software for tax filing automation.
Client & Stakeholder Communication :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Quality and Risk Management :
Ensure the quality of the final product by overseeing the testing and QA process.
