Role Overview The Business Development Executive will make high-volume outbound calls to identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales within the US healthcare market. The role includes delivering clear product explanations, conducting timely follow-ups, preparing proposals, and managing a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly KPIs. The executive will also coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and positive client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in the US healthcare market.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Deliver clear and compelling product explanations and demos.
Conduct timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals and support customized solutions for client needs.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
Ability to deliver compelling product explanations and conduct persuasive sales calls.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently achieving KPIs or revenue targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
