Role Description The Business Development Executive will focus on client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and consistently hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet targets.
Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
Report on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieving monthly / quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
Conversion rate of qualified leads to successful deals.
Consistency in client follow‑ups, timely proposals, and coordination.
What we are looking for
2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client coordination (digital agency background preferred, but fresh grads with strong skills may apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and client handling.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
