Role Overview We are seeking a
high-energy, proactive Business Development Specialist
to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and closing deals across international markets. This is a
remote freelance role
with performance-based incentives, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, results, and high impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork / Freelance platforms, cold outreach, and networking.
Present Syntamatic’s services—including web development, mobile apps, UI / UX, QA, DevOps, automation, and product development—to potential clients with clarity and confidence.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose tailored service offerings.
Collaborate with the internal technical and project teams to prepare proposals, SOWs, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
Track, analyze, and report sales activities and conversions.
Represent Syntamatic with professionalism across all communication channels.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in software development, digital agency, or IT services.
Strong understanding of software development services (web, mobile, CMS, UI / UX, QA, DevOps, MVP, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to craft compelling proposals and explain technical services in simple terms.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Comfortable working independently, remotely, and on flexible schedules.
Strong ownership mindset and target-driven approach.
