We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist with expertise in East Coast dropshipping and 3PL operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities : Oversee the end-to-end management of our dropshipping and 3PL operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs. Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and backorders. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, such as optimizing layout, implementing automation technologies, and streamlining workflows. Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in dropshipping, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics. Provide timely and accurate reporting on inventory levels, sales performance, and logistics metrics to stakeholders. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any shipping-related issues or concerns. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS) is a plus.
