In this role, you will design, configure, and manage VoIP infrastructures that power our AI-driven call center solutions. You will collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI Agents into PBX systems, dialers, and softphones, enabling seamless AI Human handoff in real-world business workflows. Company Overview

Responsibilities

Install and configure PBX systems (Asterisk-based : FreePBX, VICIdial, VitalPBX, MiKO PBX) Configure SIP trunks, DID routing, and campaign-level dial plans Set up Softphones (Zoiper, Eyebeam, Linphone) for remote agents Integrate VoIP systems with AI Voice Agents (e.g., Vapi) Manage AI Human handoff flows with predictive / manual dialers Ensure scalability for inbound & outbound call campaigns Troubleshoot and optimize carrier, SIP, and DID issues Qualifications

Senior Engineer : 2–3 years of proven VoIP / PBX experience Junior Engineer : 1 year of hands-on VoIP / PBX experience Internship / Entry-Level : 1–3 months of practical exposure to VoIP setups Bonus Points

Prior integration of AI Agents with PBX systems Familiarity with Twilio DID / SIP setup Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Asterisk / FreeSWITCH-based PBX Experience with Auto / Predictive Dialers (e.g., VICIdial) Hands-on with VoIP / SIP trunking, DID setup, and dial plans Familiarity with IVR Systems, Hosted PBX, Unified Communications Knowledge of softphones & remote agent configurations Optional but valued : AI Voice Agent architecture & SIP integration Compensation & Commitment
