• Must be able to speak English at basic level and urdu and punjabi
• Work towards sales targets
• Possess good interpersonal skills, thereby easily conversing with small business owners to Directors of medium enterprises.
• Be Fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
• A basic understanding of Microsoft Word.
• Be able to persuade potential clients to determine when their insurance policies expire.
• Have a cheerful personality and be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to manage the time and work load without the need for supervision.
• Be able to work towards set targets.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not necessary as full training provided.
