Sales Representative
to manage and close warm leads. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and hitting targets — we’d love to hear from you.
As a Sales Representative at Ad-tivity, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and warm leads, conducting discovery and closing calls, and converting qualified prospects into clients. You’ll represent Ad-tivity’s expertise with confidence, professionalism, and a results‑first mindset. This is a performance‑based role offering a competitive base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and follow up with warm leads provided by the marketing and client relationship teams.
Conduct closing calls to convert prospects into paying clients.
Identify client needs and present Ad-tivity’s services as tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and conversion data in the CRM.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless client handover after each sale.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or B2B services.
Proven experience selling to US‑based clients and working during US hours.
Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken (neutral or near‑native accent).
Strong closing skills and ability to manage objections confidently.
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Compensation
