Job Description
Lead generation of prospects, quoting and selling the relevant policy or policies. Cross-selling various insurance products over the phone, persuasive emails, etc. Generating applications, attaching files, rating quoting, and preparing an XL sheet of comps with all companies. Prudently follow up with companies for policies downloaded and received via email. Sharing weekly statistics with designated team lead in the form of a presentation. Liaise with clients via email as well as inbound / outbound calls. Deliver remarkable customer service through empathy and professionalism. Improve the knowledge base and training materials to help users. Be organized and meticulous in handling critical and confidential data. Assist with process improvement. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements : Proficient in Microsoft applications as well as G-Sheets. Should have a laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and a 1.3 Core Processor. He / she should have backup Internet and power. Should preferably have a stable fiber optic connection with a static IP which is whitelisted from PTA. He / She should be comfortable using VPN and ideally should have PTA-approved VPN status. Job Specification
Proficient in written and spoken English. Should have knowledge of social media to generate and close leads. Committed and honest towards his job. Smart enough to browse and get information online.
