Responsibilities
You'll build, ship, and maintain features designed to move key business metrics, including retention, virality, and conversion.
You'll help us pre-pre launch, pre-launch, and launch the software products as best-in-class service.
You'll directly analyze data to inform business decisions.
You'll work on initiatives to keep our system elegant and productivity high — such as improving our metrics, analytics, and experimentation infrastructure.

More About this Role
This role is full-time and remote.
If you're based elsewhere in Finland (or internationally but eligible for a visa), we'll help you move to Finland and cover relocation costs, after the first year of employment.

Job Specification
You enjoy developing features on an experimental basis, knowing that while some may succeed many will fail. Ultimately, you derive satisfaction from moving key business metrics with your work.
You have built or used A / B testing tools and are deeply familiar with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias.
Bonus : You have strong SQL skills, and are experienced with statistical data analysis, data integration, and manipulating large data sets.
You've worked on a product experiencing rapid-growth — your work is well-crafted and well-tested for scale.
You can readily learn most technologies as you go. To you, technologies are about tools and tradeoffs, not an ideology.
Bonus : You're familiar with tools like Amplitude, Segment, Customer.io, and Firebase.
