We’re looking for an experienced

SharePoint Consultant

to support a major restructuring project within Microsoft 365. You will take the lead in reorganizing SharePoint environments, optimizing permissions, aligning Teams structures, and ensuring a smooth and secure user experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex information architecture challenges and enjoys creating long-term governance solutions. Responsibilities

Audit the current SharePoint and Teams setup, including libraries, permissions, and retention policies. Design and implement a streamlined, sustainable information architecture. Restructure Microsoft Teams and channels to align with the new SharePoint model. Ensure compliance by reviewing and resetting permissions to meet HIPAA and least-privilege standards. Preserve and repair links to minimize disruptions during restructuring. Establish governance practices, including retention, versioning, and audit logging. Create and deliver training materials to support adoption. Provide documentation and post-implementation support. Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (M365), Microsoft Teams, and enterprise information architecture. Strong understanding of compliance-driven environments (HIPAA experience preferred). Proven track record in restructuring SharePoint and Teams environments. Skilled in link preservation, governance, and role-based access control. Experience developing training materials and leading knowledge transfer sessions. Microsoft certifications (MS-100 / 101, SC-400) are a plus. Background in healthcare or public safety environments is an advantage. Seniority level :
