Overview

Hiring : ServiceNow Business Analyst Experience : 5+ years Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements through user stories, functional specs, and process flows. Design and improve business processes in ServiceNow, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation for efficiency. Partner with developers to validate solutions, support configurations, and participate in UAT. Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. Develop training materials, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing support. Key Skills & Knowledge : Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, especially ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CSM modules. Ability to analyze complex business processes, conduct gap analyses, and recommend solutions. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong documentation skills, including process flows, user stories, and test cases.
