Responsibilities : Carefully understand the client’s requirement & budget. Contribute a vital role in the development of creative plans for event management. Prepare the artwork specifically according to the client’s requirement and event type. Creatively develop customized themes for different events and make formal presentations to deliver them to clients. Develop creative plans while keeping in view the utilization of available budgets. Set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities on every project and keep all partners informed. Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships. Have an intimate understanding of design, copy, and event best practices / guidelines. Manage the team of the creative department including the in-house designers. Ensure all portfolios for every event are properly documented & approved by senior management before presenting them to clients. Ensure that the project manager understands the requisites of the event and all items are well explained to the operations staff. On the day of the event, visit the site to ensure the proficiency of the creatives being executed for the event. Job Specification

Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets. A strong understanding of event management & brand development concepts. Socially active with good interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with clients and internal staff alike.
