Creative Head Outsource Consultants, Pakistan
- Knowledge and experience of working at a pharmaceutical company in the related field. - Knowledge and experience of international markets and consumer behavior would be preferred. - Oversee the creative team to help develop the department's creative output for the marketing department. This team includes designers, visualizers, and animators. - Work with Brand Managers to ensure that the marketing / promotion needs in the form of all kinds of paraphernalia are being met and the creative goals are on track. - Develop every aspect of a launch / promotion campaign based on the Brand Manager's marketing plan, conceptualize those ideas, assign projects to team members, and verify that the marketing department's deadlines are being met. - Attend strategy meetings for emerging markets / products, meet with the creative team to check the status on current projects, assign new projects, and lead brainstorming sessions with the creative and marketing team to develop campaigns. - Help the marketing team in designing marketing / promotional proposals and facilitate their pitching to the management. - Ability to lead a team of creatives. - Brainstorming and creative thinking to come up with out-of-the-box ideas. - Understand branding and oversee the correct briefing and supervision of the rest of the design team. - Solid background in campaign design, promotional material design, and package design. - Should be comfortable with market research. - Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Quark Press, PowerPoint, and other required programs. - HTML, PHP, and other web experience. - Must be able to manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership. - Knowledge of each step of the design process to give team direction, work on schedule, and meet marketing department expectations. - Must be willing to work flexible hours.
