Overview
(Preferably for those candidates who are residing in Bahria Town or nearby areas.) This is not a commission based job; we are offering a monthly fix salary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service support. Very strong command of written and spoken English; additional language would be considered an advantage. No job requirements are specified beyond those listed below. All applications will be treated in strictest confidence. - Answer telephones and record orders with 100% accuracy. - Make customer call backs. - Use problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate clients. - Suggest alternatives to resolve customer’s complaints on a priority basis. - Log complaints of customers. - Bring awareness among customers by educating them about promotions and services. - Convey customer feedback and suggestions to the Manager in order to offer services exceeding customer expectations. - A shortlist of candidates will be required to complete an assignment during the final interview to assess competency in English. - The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary according to experience and qualifications. - All applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
