Title : Junior Recruiter (HR)

Job Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Location : Main GT Road, Near Phase 2. Gate 1, Islamabad (PSO Petrol Pump)

Timings : 2 PM - 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and assist in interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience by communicating updates promptly.
• Support employer branding efforts and recruitment outreach.
