Job Description : Offshore EPC Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing single or multiple offshore EPC fabrication projects, including Jackets with Piles & ancillaries, Topsides (Wellheads / Living Quarters Module), and Subsea Structures (Boat landings, Risers / Bumper guards, clamps, etc.). The role involves overseeing all project phases from pre-bid to post-award activities until project closeout, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience :

Minimum 12 years of relevant offshore fabrication experience (e.g., Jackets, Topside, Boat landings, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement daily operations for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and client requirements.
• Manage project requirements, timelines, budgets, scope, vendors, procurement, and prepare construction reports for stakeholders.
• Effectively lead the project team, ensuring clear communication across departments.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, high HSE standards, and cost efficiency; develop contingency plans for critical delays.
• Organize project meetings to monitor performance indicators.
• Manage all internal and external project interfaces with stakeholders.
• Track project costs to stay within budget and report progress regularly.
• Motivate the site team to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and proper documentation submission.
• Conduct project closeout, including evaluations and lessons learned.
• Promote a culture of safety and productivity, modeling company values.
• Foster professional interactions, provide coaching, and encourage team development.
• Participate actively in safety meetings and oversee quality and HSE programs.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies, maintaining a safe work environment.
