This role offers a base pay of $100.00 / hr ($200,000 / year) for a full-time, remote position. The compensation level is $100 USD / hour on a 40 hour per week schedule.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting Community Strategy Reviews to assess and elevate community performance, aligning with business goals through actionable insights and best practices.
• Creating and deploying Platform Configuration Packages that enhance community functionality, tested rigorously from staging to production.
• Facilitating Client Training Sessions to empower teams with the knowledge and skills to independently manage and optimize community operations.

Working With Us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) position. The role is immediately available and requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The payment period is weekly.
