We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager International to drive expansion into new international markets. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and executing go-to-market strategies in key global regions.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Develop and execute market entry strategies, including partner / channel identification and B2B lead generation.
Build strong relationships with international partners, clients, distributors, and government bodies.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, finance, operations) to ensure successful deal execution and onboarding.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its offerings.
Prepare regular reports on business performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or strategy.
Proven track record of generating new business and expanding into international markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of international trade laws, cultural nuances, and business practices.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Fluency in English required; additional language(s) a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in [Industry e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics].
Existing network of international contacts and distributors.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
