You will contribute to strengthening Lesaffre’s market presence and proximity and support our customers in their business development while driving Lesaffre’s sales performance in line with company strategy and price policy. You will accompany the expansion of our sales networks and map the market with a close focus on competitors (sales networks, prices, stock levels, etc.). Your missions : Developing sales performance of Lesaffre according to company strategy and price policy Acquiring deep market knowledge : competitors / distribution / end users / all other stakeholders Imagining marketing initiatives to strengthen the market position of Lesaffre for all segments of bread making Training and developing the sales and technical skills of all Lesaffre distributors Building the right networking relationships within the bread-making “world” Developing the image of Lesaffre with key customers, securing a synergetic approach by coordinating Lesaffre supports and developing new specific solutions in response to local requirements Defining the sales budget each year with the Area Sales Manager and providing regular business reports
