About the Role

The role involves leading the design and development of a full-stack platform using Django and React. You will build adaptive backend services, create interactive dashboards, and guide a small engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative logistics technology solutions from concept to deployment.
• Lead scalable backend development using Django REST Framework for asset tracking and route optimization.
• Manage the design and architecture of the entire platform, including backend, frontend, and database systems.
• Build responsive, real-time React dashboards to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure secure, high-performance, and high-capacity systems through strong coding and architecture practices.
• Establish CI / CD pipelines, maintain code quality, and mentor engineers to uphold best practices.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance digital logistics performance and innovation.
