Key Responsibilities Drive Research-Led Innovation Conduct rapid discovery sprints : user interviews, competitive teardowns, AI capability testing—each wrapped in 1-week cycles. Frame every opportunity with clearly documented problem statements, hypothesis trees, and impact sizing before solutionizing. Maintain a living research library to share learnings and unlock cross-team leverage. Build Fast, Learn Faster Ship in short cycles : MVPs in 2 weeks, not 2 months. Wireframes, scripts, or low-code demos are expected deliverables. Use AI tools, pre-trained models, and no-code stacks to validate ideas in-market quickly. Ruthlessly prioritize high-signal experiments—deprioritize or kill slow-moving or low-potential bets. Pivot with Purpose Set directional bets, but detach from sunk cost—pivot cleanly when hypotheses fail. Monitor qualitative and quantitative feedback loops daily to trigger fast course corrections. Communicate pivots transparently to keep teams and stakeholders aligned. Operationalize Speed Without Chaos Structure cross-functional squads around weekly OKRs tied to your North-Star metric. Design tight research–build–measure cycles to ensure hypotheses are either proven or discarded. Ensure the team works on the right problems, not just what’s easy to build. Create Leverage Through Communication Maintain a 1-pager on what you’re testing, why, and how others can build on it. Run Show & Tells every sprint : highlight learnings, not just wins. Coach junior PMs on hypothesis-led decision-making and lean experimentation. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of PM experience

at Senior / Principal level in B2B SaaS or AI / ML-powered products Core competencies :
