Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager. Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to improve product features. Write clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories. Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery. Monitor product performance using data analytics and customer feedback, and suggest optimizations. Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with strategic goals. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Coordinate product launches, including internal communications, training, and go-to-market activities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS-based environment. Familiarity with the
Fintech domain
(RegTech, digital banking, AML / KYC solutions, etc.) is a strong plus. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
