Responsibilities :
Manage and monitor support tickets through the ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
Validate customer information, requests, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prioritize and elevate issues based on defined service-level agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or process-related issues.
Track, document, and report recurring issues to help improve overall processes.
Provide clear, professional communication to customers regarding the status of their requests.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in validation tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
