Job Description Wizvend is looking for a skilled Amazon Catalog Specialist to manage, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate will work with flat files, fix listing and variation errors, ensure catalog accuracy, and collaborate with design and PPC teams to enhance product visibility and performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon product listings

Handle flat files, category templates, and bulk uploads

Fix listing errors, suppressions, and variation issues

Ensure accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords

Coordinate with design, content, and PPC teams for listing improvements

Maintain catalog health and compliance with Amazon policies

Requirements

3–4 years of proven experience in Amazon catalog management

Strong command of Amazon Seller Central

Expertise in flat files, variations, and troubleshooting

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and coordination skills
