Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance our ISV partner network, identifying opportunities for collaboration and integration to enrich the Business Central experience.

• Technical Expertise : Possess deep technical understanding of ISV solutions that complement Business Central, enabling effective evaluation, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Partnership Management : Foster relationships with ISV partners, engaging in regular communication to align roadmaps, address technical challenges, and ensure consistent value delivery.
• Solution Integration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with Business Central, providing expert guidance on technical best practices.
• Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new ISV partnership opportunities and ensure ongoing product relevance.
• Product Roadmap Influence : Provide technical insights and recommendations to shape the Enavate Solutions product roadmap with the ISV partner focusing on customer needs.
• Sales Enablement : Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, presenting the value proposition of ISV solutions within the Business Central ecosystem.
• Documentation and Training : Build internal process for training and certifications by working with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) to use existing training materials and resources from ISV partners, maintain internal skill matrix for proper coverage of solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Team Leadership : Work as part of a cross-functional team of technical experts within delivery and sales leaders to foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications
