Qualifications And Education Requirements

Must Have Skills : At least 12 months working in Customer Service environment. Dealing with local and international customers on calls, chats, and emails Worked in a shifted environment. Nice To Have Skills Hotel, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism industry experience Front of house in concierge services Dealt with customers in the Asia-Pacific region. Able to multi-task and handle multiple customers at the same time.
