Business Analyst - CBS

Job responsibilities We are seeking applications for the position of

Business Analyst – CBS (Flexcube) . Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

To gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders related to FLEXCUBE modules CASA, Lending & PDM.

Map business processes and identify gaps in the current system configuration.

Liaise with Oracle and internal technical teams for customization, parameterization, and issue resolution.

To prepare BRD for configurational changes with day-to-day transactions.

To coordinate and conduct UAT, test case design, and validation with the coordination of stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory reporting requirements.

To know about data cleansing activities at the bank level.

Candidate must have hands-on experience on Flex cube web services

Candidate must have experience on the Flex cube switch module.

Candidate should have an understanding on troubleshooting day-to-day issues.

The candidate should have sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Any other task assigned by Management.

Qualifications
