The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Work with other departments to resolve client issues
- Provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction
