Job descriptionLead and mentor a team of SQA engineers in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks and scripts. Drive Behavior-Driven Development initiatives, review feature files in Gherkin and oversee Automation execution. Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for functional, regression, performance and scalability testing. Collaborate closely with product management, development, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and ensure robust test coverage. Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications using modern automation tools. Requirements Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect management. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing practices. Drive continuous improvements in software quality processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 4+ years in automation testing.
- Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives.
- Expertise in designing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar technologies.
- Strong proficiency with scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, or similar) for automation.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatlngn
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
