MANAGER – CORPORATE AFFAIRS

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Corporate Affairs to join our team at Al Habib Asset Management Limited. The Manager – Corporate Affairs will be responsible for managing secretarial compliances for the Company, and the Funds under its management in accordance with applicable laws.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Company Secretary in organizing Board and shareholders’ meetings, preparing agenda papers, notices, and other relevant documents.
• Circulate notices, allied documents and minutes of the board and general meetings to the directors and shareholders in a timely manner.
• Assist the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, the Code of Corporate Governance Regulations, NBFC Regulations, CDC Regulations, and other applicable laws.
• File various documents / forms with the registrar, regulator, PSX, etc., on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and lawyers to address statutory and legal matters of the Company.
• Draft relevant agreements, contracts, and any other related documents.

REQUIREMENTS

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field (from a reputable university) – Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or similar professional qualifications.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Location : Karachi – Head Office.

COMPENSATION
