Your role :

As an AI Engineer at VisionX Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI (Gen AI) applications. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build innovative solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based application, leveraging your strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into various applications and improve overall system performance.
• Fine-tune LLMs and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to develop powerful LLM-powered chat platforms.
• Optimize LLMs for specific use cases and industries, customizing solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and address issues related to language model performance, scalability, and integration.
• Implement MLOps best practices to streamline the development, deployment, and management of AI models.
• Contribute to backend development tasks as needed, ensuring the efficient integration of AI models into the overall application architecture.
• Demonstrate experience in engineering management and project management, effectively leading and coordinating AI projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and prepare datasets for training and fine-tuning language models.
• Foster a startup-like environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, such as Generative AI and LLMs, to drive continuous improvement.
