Business Development Officer
to join our team and drive new business through Upwork agencies.
What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential clients.
Submit strong proposals on Upwork, showcasing our services.
Pitch our solutions and secure new projects.
Manage the sales process from first contact to contract signing.
Work with project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.
Attend industry events and network to find new opportunities.
Report on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years in business development or sales, ideally in digital / IT services.
Proven success in winning clients and projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
Bonus Points For
B2B experience in accounting, consulting, or related sectors.
Knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Sales or project management certifications.
