Position : Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
Type : Full-time (Remote) – (Adjust if part-time)
Niche : (e.g. B2B Lead Gen, Email List Building, Data Mining, Linkedin Research, Data Entry, Prospceting)
Key Responsibilities
Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily
Read job posts carefully and craft
custom, non-copy-paste proposals
Ask smart, relevant questions in proposals to improve reply rate
Maintain a bidding sheet / tracker for all proposals sent
Coordinate with the delivery team to understand services, pricing, and past work
Respond to client messages and help schedule discovery calls
Requirements
Proven experience with
Upwork bidding
(please share profile + results)
Strong written English and ability to write concise, client-focused proposals
Understanding of IT / digital services (edit based on your niche)
Comfortable working with targets (number of bids per day, replies, etc.)
Availability during
(your working hours / time zone)
Nice to Have
Experience working with agencies or service-based businesses
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, CRM, etc.
