Job description4+ years of hands‑on technical experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing). Proficiency in C# (plugins), JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, custom APIs, and third‑party integrations. Working knowledge of the Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages. Prior experience mentoring or leading small technical teams (2–5 members). Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills with a detail‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Microsoft certifications are a strong plus. Work on international enterprise projects with high visibility. Role Overview
Senior D365 CRM Consultant – design, develop, and lead custom solutions spanning Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Model Driven App, Canvas App, Power Portal, Power Automate).
- Lead small technical teams on assigned projects, providing guidance and code reviews.
- Customize CRM with JavaScript, C# plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and web resources.
- Collaborate with onshore functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform data migration, integration set‑up (APIs or middleware), and solution deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues independently.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, and solution architecture.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
