Role Overview
As a Bid Specialist / Technical Writer, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams to develop, structure, and deliver high-quality proposals and tender responses for regional and international clients. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, persuasive writing, and business communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Develop and edit proposals, RFP / RFQ responses, capability statements, and related documents. Work with internal teams to gather technical inputs and translate them into compelling, client-oriented content. Maintain a structured content library of reusable proposal materials and templates. Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and Innovent standards for accuracy, clarity, and presentation. Support the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, case studies, and company profiles. Continuously improve proposal workflows, templates, and documentation quality. What We Offer

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or presales documentation, ideally in a technology or software company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of RFP / RFQ processes and solution-based writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Adobe or layout tools is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
