We are looking for a talented Bidding Expert with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 2 years' experience who can generate business from online portals.

Compensation includes a market-competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 150,000, commission on each successful bid, monthly bonuses for exceptional performance, quarterly bonuses upon achieving sales goals, annual leaves, and job security.

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Proficiency in writing proposals

Lead generation abilities

Daily communication with clients

Meeting monthly project quotas

Preparing estimates and quotations for clients

Maintaining a high rating on freelancing platforms

Gathering client requirements, coordinating with the team, and delivering projects

Maintaining healthy client relationships

Strong communication skills via writing and verbal methods such as Skype

Follow-up skills and self-motivation
