Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within PropTech, real estate, or eCommerce.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, funnel metrics).
Experience building and optimizing lead‑generation funnels and real‑estate campaign strategies.
Knowledge of SEO / SEM, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Highly goal‑driven, proactive, detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Execute and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, and display networks to generate leads for real‑estate and investment projects.
Set up, manage, and monitor campaign performance, ensuring KPI attainment for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.
Conduct A / B testing, keyword optimization, and audience segmentation to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create landing pages and ad creatives that drive engagement.
Track and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Coordinate with the CRM team to guarantee proper lead attribution and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
