This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent (UK Campaign) at HR Business Solutions. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for UK-based clients, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer queries, maintaining call records and sale leads generation.
