We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Evangelist to join our marketing team. The Social Media Evangelist will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our organization's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive meaningful interactions across various social media platforms. Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and target audience. Identify key social media trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media advancements. Content Creation and Curation : Create and curate engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all channels. Community Management : Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and conversations across social media channels to foster meaningful connections with the audience. Foster a positive online community and address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Campaign Planning and Execution : Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with product launches, events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Social Media Advertising : Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions, while staying within allocated budgets. Utilize targeting options and analytics tools to maximize the effectiveness of ad campaigns. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and website traffic, and provide regular performance reports to inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics for improved results. Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication : Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Social Media Evangelist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
