Job description

Actively search for and identify new business opportunities on Upwork, focusing on relevant categories and industries.

Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals to potential clients, addressing their needs and how our services can benefit them.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information to encourage trust and conversion.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the bidding process.

Negotiate project scope, pricing, and deliverables with clients to close deals and secure contracts.

Monitor and manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Maintain a strong profile on Upwork, ensuring that it is up-to-date, polished, and reflective of the company’s services and offerings.

Track and report on bidding success, project progress, and client feedback to improve future strategies.

Stay updated on trends, client preferences, and industry demands on Upwork.
