We are seeking an IT Leader to craft and execute a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with our business goals and manage the operations of the IT Department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technology, a passion for driving efficiency and innovation, and a knack for team leadership and development. The position ideally requires a person with a proven track record of successful IT management in the manufacturing and retail sectors. Job Description

Lead IT Vision : Develop a strategic IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify and implement advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities and risks. Optimize Processes Manage IT Infrastructure Data Governance & Security User Success & Training Digital Media & Analytics Automate workflows and integrate systems to streamline operations. Evaluate and implement SAP B1 Add-Ons to enhance user experience and functionalities. Oversee the maintenance of VMware, Exchange, Data Domain, and user hardware nationwide. Implement robust security and disaster recovery protocols. Cultivate a culture of data security awareness within the company. Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard company data. Develop and conduct training programs for SAP B1, HubSpot, and other platforms to maximize ROI and user adoption. Provide continuous support to users for effective technology utilization. Manage Document Management Systems for efficient document handling. Customize Power BI dashboards for informed decision-making. Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Evaluate and recommend investments in technology to improve business operations and complete them within the given timeline and budget. Vendor Management

Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met. Leadership

Motivate & Empower Team : Mentor and lead the IT team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Encourage continuous learning and development. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in manufacturing and / or retail industry (at least 3 years in a leadership role). Proven success in leading IT strategies that deliver business results. Expertise in SAP B1, HubSpot, WMS, HCM, Artificial Intelligence and data analytics. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and empowerment. Proficient in project management practices. A passion for staying current with technology trends and innovations.
